Predatory Journals, Publishers, and Conference Organizers: Are all Academic Institutions already aware of these Issues?
In the memo, Faculty members and researchers were advised to exercise due diligence when accepting invitations to publish in journals to serve on editorial boards or to participate in conferences, in order to avoid predatory journals, publishers and conference organizers and to prevent their proliferation and perpetration. Moreover, faculty members and researchers are advised to always check the legitimacy of the journals to which they intend to send the results of their research work.
